A holistic coaching session is a super special experience. My coaching style is focused on empowering your talents and strengths, looking at the possibilities that resonate with your unique self, and sharing the practices of wellness and success according to your goals. Each coaching session is designed especially for you. Every instant is a sacred moment that brings its own zeal. I’d love to collaborate with you! You know, I used to think, I could do everything on my own and in the end, I realized that everything is better with a powerful team so we can go much further. If we all hold the energetic space for many people in the family, work and friends, it is of utmost importance to give ourselves a space of personal well-being to recharge energies, share concerns, and goals. Coaching is ideal for connecting with our essence and realigning our steps towards what we really love.
I’ll invite you to meet once a month to follow up on your goals. You can choose an open plan where we keep meeting until you decide, or we can focus on an annual or semi-annual plan. I really recommend at least monthly or more frequent coaching depending on your plan and inspiration. You know best what is good for you and I am here to support you.
