7. Appointments, Bookings, and Cancellations

Bookings

Sessions must be booked in advance through the methods indicated on the website.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received (when applicable) or written confirmation has been provided.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the loss of the session.

In cases of force majeure, a new date may be agreed upon by mutual consent.

Technological Responsibility (Online Sessions)

For online sessions, the client is responsible for ensuring:

A stable internet connection.
An appropriate device.
Proper functioning of audio and camera.

No refunds or rescheduling will be granted due to technical issues attributable to the client.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

Are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
Are non-refundable.
Are not redeemable for cash.
Must be used within the validity period.

After one year, the voucher will automatically expire.

9. Pricing and Payments

Prices will be clearly indicated before purchase.

The owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting services already confirmed.
